Profit Online Through Adsenselover Guide

Profit Online Through Adsenselover Guide

Who else wants to profit online through Adsenselover
guide to real money and home based business?

If webmasters want to monetize their websites, the great
way to do it is through Adsense. There are lots of
webmasters struggling hard to earn some good money a day
through their sites. But then some of the geniuses of
them are enjoying hundreds of dollars a day from Adsense
ads on their websites. What makes these webmasters
different from the other kind is that they are different
and they think out of the box.

The ones who have been there and done it have quite some
useful tips to help those who would want to venture into
this field. Some of these tips have boosted quite a lot
of earnings in the past and is continuously doing so.

Here are a few proven ways on how best to improve your
Adsense earnings.

1. Concentrating on one format of Adsense ad. The one
format that worked well for the majority is the Large
Rectangle (336X280). This same format has the tendency
to result in higher CTR, or the click-through rates. Why
choose this format out of the many you can use? Basically
because the ads will look like normal web links and people,
being used to clicking on them, click these types of links.
They may or may not know they are clicking on your Adsense
but as long as there are clicks, then it will all be for
your advantage.

2. Create a custom palette for your ads. Choose a color
that will go well with the background of your site. If
your site has a white background, try to use white as the
color of your ad border and background. The idea to
patterning the colors is to make the Adsense look like it
is part of the web pages. Again, This will result to more
clicks from people visiting your site.

3. Remove the Adsense from the bottom pages of your site
and put them at the top. Do not try to hide your Adsense.
Put them in the place where people can see them quickly.
You will be amazed how the difference between Adsense
locations can make when you see your earnings.

4. Maintain links to relevant websites. If you think some
sites are better off than the others, put your ads there
and try to maintaining and managing them. If there is
already lots of Adsense put into that certain site, put
yours on top of all of them. That way visitor will see
your ads first upon browsing into that site.

5. Try to automate the insertion of your Adsense code
into the webpages using SSI (or server-side included).
Ask your web administrator if your server supports SSI
or not. How do you do it? Just save your Adsense code in
a text file, save it as Adsense text, and upload it to
the root directory of the web server. Then using SSI,
call the code on other pages. This tip is a time saver
especially for those who are using automatic page
generators to generate pages on their website.

These are some of the tips that have worked well for
some who want to generate hundreds and even thousands on
their websites. It is important to know though that ads
are displayed because it fits the interest of the people
viewing them. So focusing on a specific topic should be
your primary purpose because the displays will be
especially targeted on a topic that persons will be
viewing already.

Note also that there are many other Adsense sharing the
same topic as you. It is best to think of making a good
ad that will be somewhat different and unique than the
ones already done. Every click-through that visitors make
is a point for you so make every click count by making
your Adsense something that people will definitely click
on.

Tips given by those who have boosted their earnings are
just guidelines they want to share with others. If they
have somehow worked wonders to some, maybe it can work
wonders for you to. Try them out into your ads and see
the result it will bring.

If others have done it, there is nothing wrong trying it
out for yourself.

Web Advertising

Web Advertising
Written by Craig Warren
http://www.craigsonlinetips.com/

If you run a small business, advertising costs must be
figured in as part of your overall expenses. If you have
received quotes for phone directory ads, business
association block ads and mostly any other print media,
these costs are quite high. So, what if your budget is
small, perhaps negligible? Will you be left outside of
the advertising arena or are there other avenues to help
you get the word out? The answer in one word is, yes.
Lets explore ways you can get the word out through
online means yes, via the internet!

The rise of the internet has spawned an entire industry
with it. You may remember in the late 1990s stories of
dot.com companies who made a fortune and then went bust.
The irrational exuberance of that era has, thankfully,
passed by and in its place is a much more rational, but
very lively market.

Today’s biggest players online are search engine providers
led by Google, Yahoo and MSN. Between them, these three
search engines dominate the market. Mostly everyone today
searches the internet for products sold by small businesses
to large corporations and these are the people you want to
target. Indeed, while Christmas season sales typically
increase around 4% year over year for brick and mortar
retailers, the internet has been seeing year over year
increases of 30% and higher! No small business operator
should exclude the internet when crafting a marketing plan.

Speaking of the search engines, both Google and Yahoo
have their own advertising networks. Google has its
AdWords program while the Yahoo Publisher Network is a
comparable, though newer program. This is where you, as
a small business owner, can do some of your advertising.
By selecting the advertising plan that works for you, you
can have your ads appear on web sites in your local area
or across the world and be charged a small amount per
click. In other words, you don’t pay for advertising
unless someone clicks on your ad and goes through to
your site. To keep clicks from getting out of control
you determine the price per click and the amount per day,
week, or month you are willing to pay. No busting of your
small business budget!

Banner or text ads on select sites can also be helpful
for your small business. If there is a web site you like
and you suspect that a lot of your customers would
frequent that site, contact the webmaster to learn what
his advertising charges would be. Perhaps in exchange for
submitting a few helpful articles, the webmaster would
waive your advertising fee altogether. Or, at the very
least, accept any other help you could provide
moderating a forum, answering questions, etc.

Another way of getting the word out is through your own
website. No, you don’t need a web professional to
establish your site, but it does help to have someone who
can guide you through the set up process. At the very
least a few pages is what you will need, so set up costs
shouldn’t be terribly expensive. In addition, figure on
paying monthly hosting and domain name fees but these
expenses should be no more than $100-$125 per year. Pay a
little extra for a web professional who can help you
optimize your site (make it search engine friendly) and
you’ll get your money back much quicker. Finally, check
with your accountant for small business tax deductions.

You can also generate plenty of attention by writing
articles, just like the one you are reading now. No, you
don’t need to be a professional writer, but if you can
clearly convey your thoughts and present a plan of action
for your readers such as, buy my product you can get
what amounts to be free advertising. How so? By submitting
what you write to article submission sites for wider
dissemination. By including helpful links in the author
resource box you can cause search engines to make your
website much more visible as your article gets reprinted
on other web sites. Furthermore, readers will perceive
that you are an expert and will likely inquire to find out
just what you are all about. You can call this, small
business advertising on the cheap!

No, as a small business owner you don’t have to be strapped
by high advertising costs — who has the cash to spare?
Instead, the internet offers to you several cost-effective
ways of informing people about who you are, what you do
and where they can find you.

Select the marketing plan that works best for your small
business. A mixture of all four points is a great plan of
attack for many small business owners just like you!

Email Marketing Evolved!

What’s a Niche and How Do You Find One

What’s a Niche and How Do You Find One
Written by Craig Warren
http://www.craigsonlinetips.com/goto/pips/

According to Wikipedia, a niche is a special place
within the scheme of things. Niche marketing is defined
as the process of finding and serving small but
potentially profitable market segments and designing
custom-made products or services for them. So it’s all
about finding your special place and the products and
services that fit.

Right from the start, you should understand that your
goal in discovering a niche is to concentrate all your
ideas and thoughts into the most precise, concise and
focused concept possible. Your potential audience is
everyone in the world with computer access and an
interest in your site’s topic. Your potential information
resources are everything known about that topic. So you
want to be sure to have enough information to eventually
fill hundreds of pages and you want to narrow your focus
enough that you can be perceived as an expert, as the
place to go for information, products and/or services.

I want to add right now that if your only interest is
making money online, this is a very difficult area to
build a website around these days. That niche was hot
a few years ago. Most successful internet entrepreneurs
in that area say they would not attempt breaking into
that niche if they were starting out today. There’s
just to much competition, there are way to many experts
already. Breaking into a niche market using keywords
like make money at home, work at home and home business
is next to impossible. There are billions of niches out
there, find yours.

Focus, focus, focus…

Let’s say you’re interested in art. You can narrow your
focus by choosing an art medium, period in history,
particular artist, subject still lives, dogs, clothing,
hairstyles, architecture, etc. Events, geographical
location and/or the life and inspiration of one or more
artists. Your aim should be to choose as many of these
focal points as possible, so that the end result is a
extremely well-defined subject matter.

Then you want to find out how frequently people are
searching for this information, what keywords they are
entering in the search engines and how many sites are
currently available with that information. Eventually you
will come up with your concept, your keywords and you
can begin creating your domain name and meta tags for
your website.

Keywords were named that for a reason…

Every page on your website will have its own keywords.
These are the words that people will enter into a search
engine and find your webpage. Maybe your art interest has
been narrowed down to the history of London architecture
as depicted in the photographs of John Doe. You must find
the best keywords for your niche market, see what sites
are currently available, maybe change your focus until
you find just the right balance between what’s hot,
what’s available and what’s wide open for you.

This all may seem a bit confusing and it’s not my purpose
here to show you exactly how to do all this, because
there’s already a step-by-step manual available and it’s
free, so why reinvent the wheel? It’s the Affiliate
Masters Course by Site Sell. Pick up your copy and go
through it one page at a time. Don’t skip steps no matter
how tedious they may seem, because once this work is done,
you’ll pick up speed and you’ll never lose focus.

Doing your homework completely at the beginning is
crucial to your success. It’s the hardest part, and at
the moment, the least rewarding. But once it’s done,
you’ve got the skeleton, the foundation, of everything
else you will be doing. You’ll have a list of websites
to refer back to for researching all the rest of your
web pages, articles, links and so on.

Might as well start out with the current hot item…

One last tool before I wind this up. There’s a new kind
of free advertising out there that’s also an incredible
tool when you’re gathering information. It’s called
Social Bookmarking or tagging. It’s the latest
alternative to linking, but it’s also a great way to
create your reference list when you’re going through
the Affiliate Masters Course. In addition to creating
spreadsheets with the information you find as you’re
directed to do within AMC, you can create your own
bookmark page online containing all the sites you visit
that are relevant to your niche. Eventually this forms
a web of links and back links, but in the meantime you’ll
have all your websites for further research in one place.

Tips on Starting A Small Business

Tips on Starting A Small Business
Copyright © Craig Warren
http://www.fastcashfromhome.org

Small businesses have many challenges to stay
afloat. Many budding entrepreneurs think that
all they need is an idea or product, a name
for their small business, and a bit of work
and the product will sell itself and money
will come rolling in. If you have ever run
a small business even a home based business,
you will know there’s much more to it than
that!

The first thing you, as a potential small business
owner must always do, is research your market.
Then research your competition, then the available
supply for your product or service, and find your
unique selling position. This alone can take weeks
often months.

Once you are satisfied that there is a market for
your product or service then you need to sort out
your business plan and cash flow projections.

Small businesses may appear low cost but
many suck up substantial capital before
they turn a profit so now, unless you are
very fortunate, you must sort out how to
finance your small business. Can you
remortgage your house? Look for investment
partners. Borrow from friends and/or
family or approach the bank. Whichever
you choose you need to convince others
that your small business will be profitable
and they will get a return on their money.

Once your finances are in place the hard
work starts. You may have premises to
arrange, suppliers to sort out, staff to
recruit and mangage, accounts to keep,
products to design or source, lawyers to
consult, accountants to hire and we must
not forget in all of this market and get
the all important customers to look at and
purchase your products.

To do that you have to advertise your small
business, but where and at what cost? Don’t
forget you have to provide customer support
and accept returns. Then there’s waste
disposal and on and on.

Who’s paying for all of this? In simple
terms you, and your friends, investors
and or your bank are paying, until you
are selling sufficient product or service
to cover the costs, usually many months
or even years away.

New small businesses rarely return a profit
in the first year and frequently not for two
or three years. Make sure you can finance it
properly.

Is it worth doing it? That’s your decision but
every year tens of thousands of people do
start their own business and many are
successful and reap the rewards of all that
hard work. But many also fail, and all too
often it’s due to lack of preparation.

If you’re about to set off on your new business
venture prepare well and Good Luck. With good
planning, persistence and a lot of hard work
you too can build a profitable small business.
